Hello, I'm looking for a way to switch my house from my personal name to my LLC. Is this legally possibly?
.

Sure, very easy to do. You just get a quitclaim deed form and complete it from you personally as the Grantor over to the LLC as the Grantee. You sign the deed in front of a notary and record in the local land records office to complete the transfer.

.

Very simple to complete.

And no, it doesn't affect any loan on it and you don't have to notify your bank.

Customer
Great. Now if I wanted to remove this loan from my personal credit history over to the LLCs I would then need to contact my lender?

Barrister, Expert

Correct, you can't transfer a loan without the bank's approval

Customer
Makes sense. This is all I needed to know, thank you.
