1. Property manager had our car towed on two consecutive days.
The reason that was cited was that the car was incorrectly parked at the wrong location(guest parking). The guest parking permit was missing.2. In addition to paying money to the towing company to have my car back. Property manager incorrectly put the administration charges as he still failed to reckon that the photo that was submitted as proof of missing placard also had the placard's photo.3. Upon finally recognizing that the picture had the placard hanging the Manager instead of acknowledging the wrongdoing offered to show a picture which will not have the placard visible.
4. The real reason for lack of clarity of the placard hanging was that proof was gathered from far off and a photo was taken with too much glare on the wind shield.
5. I want to sue the Property management company as this is a clear sign of harassment from the manager.

In this regard, you may complain about this harassment to the FTC and thereafter file a claim for compensation in the civil court for such a negligent act.

Customer
thanks for your response, how do I file harassment case with FTC and how do I file a claim then in civil court, can I do it myself in the court or need a lawyer ?

JanLegal, Expert

You may file both by yourself or may take a lawyer alongside you for better guidance and to make the drafts for you. You must write the complaint and support it with the evidence and file it before the FTC. Thank you.

Customer
