Customer: Hello, recently I have been dealing with a company that provides services for two of my kids. This company has been using unsecured platforms for video conferencing. The theraphies between my two boys took at least 7 hours per day, 4 days per week. Every 40 minutes I have to log in back and out for the duration of session. I have mentioned this to the director, she asked me if she can provide with a longer period time of session without have to log in back and foward, would that help me?. I said yes but until to this date things hasn't changed. The session happened with two therapists. One presentation himself and the other one always hiding in the background. I reported this and the employees have ridiculed me for my request to be respected, protected with such confidialiry. This has taken a toll on me that I have to go to ER for panicked attacks and two weeks later during office visit my doctor, they had to stabilize me for in the verge of having a heart attack for so much stress. And now, the other staff still telling me if I wanted to be more secure, I need to purchase extra equipment. I feel being harrassed. Everyone told me to leave this company but I am worried for my son's condition. This place eventhough 3 ,4 doctor have sent a letter to this company for them to help us but the traeatment has been delayed for 1.5 years. We did everything we could by following this company protocol. From taking my son to his primary care physician for a referral, and then onced it proved, my son got an ok for treatment, but then they still require an extra letter for them to treat and we provide everything. Another doctor emailed them asking for hours increased. They ignored this for 1 year and when they finally took care of this, they made a mistake by not updating the hours and resulting another delay on treatment. Because of all this delay, my son's condition gotten worst during pandemic. He vomited twice per week now. After I complaint so much to them, the are not happy and making our life unbearable. That's for one kid only, and for my other kid, they did the same. I presented tge issue with pictures and so on but they never put it or noted anywhere on my son's record( I found out this recently) . They put set back on both of my autistic kids and I was suffering more since I am disable myself. I really hope you can give me advice on this. Thank you
