You cannot take your child out of New Zealand, which is the child’s normal place of residence, without the consent of the other parent.

You need a court order to take your child if the mother will not consent. It doesnt matter if you are not citizens

Customer
Hi Chris,How can I get the court order.Regards,
Santosh

You need to file an application and an affidavit in support in the Family Court, but you should instruct a family lawyer

Customer
1. Which are the reasons based with court gives permission/order to take child out of new Zealand. 2. Can you do this process for me and what would be the fees and total cost. Thanks.

The main issue is whether you will return the child to New Zealand. The cost is a bit hard to estimate but likely to be $10,000 upwards if defended. I can do this off the site

Customer
I don't want to come back. But please guide me what to do. If you are sure we can get the permission then please go ahead. I am ready to pay. Please share me your number to call you.

It will be difficult to get permission so I cannot say you will have an easy application
