Customer: Hello,i breached a protection order and as a result was arrested and held in custody for 24hours,released on the Sunday evening to find accomodation elsewhere until the protection order had expired.i will attend court for this on Monday morning to address this matter.May i ask you for any advice you could share with me before i address this issue?

Customer: I have a stormy relationship to which i am ashamed to say that i have hurt my partner on 3 occasions,i am involved in the Manup program and have been active in this during my relationship.

Customer: Yes i was arrested for violating that order

Customer: Thats about all i can share for now.I am also pursuing help in the Dove program for my violent outbursts,however,because of this busy time of year an assessment is not avaliable unto the new year.I have been in contact with Peter from Napier who is communicating with Mark here in Waipukurau in reference to my situation.I live in Waipukurau with my partner

If you admit breaching the protection order, you’re a best to play guilty as soon as possible and explain the issue to the judge. If this is the first breach of the order, it is likely that the judge would consider either a fine or community service. It will be important to tell the judge that you are seeking help with your issues and attending the anti-violence counselling.

Hello Chris,i am due in court on this coming Monday to which i will come before the registrar at 9am,i was told this by a police officer,then i believe ill be before the judge one hour later to account for the breach.
The arresting officers said that i should not recieve a record,that the fact is was i simply need to turn up to cpurt on this day?
Am i being niaeve?
