Which part of the ADLS form is missing? Is this the Clause about Covid, Clause 27?

Customer
Hi, No the whole agreement seems to be missing. I have paper work that refers to the agreement but it is not amended, but I maybe mistaken.

That is a standard form agreement to lease, which is generally followed by signing the more formal deed. I am unsure what you think is missing
Customer
Cool thank you, ***** ***** time signing this form and it read as if you were agreeing to the lease document

The deed of lease is incorporated by reference in the agreement

Customer
Realising there might be a cost are you able to review the agreement for me?

We do not act for individuals on this site, but you can ask a local lawyer. If they are using the standard forms, the main issues are the renewal clause, rent review, the covid clause, and maintenance obligations

Customer
Thankyou
