Customer: I have had a parcel posted thru nz post and they said it was delivered on 22/1/22. I never received it. NZ post have emailed saying that their postie could make contact with me and took it back to the postal centre. They didn’t leave a form bout where the parcel is so it has now been sent back to sender as unclaimed. NZ post have known bout this parcel being missing for delivery for a while because they sent an email to saying they are trying to locate it. They are now saying by email that will have to pay again because the case is now closed and are very sorry bout it. They don’t want to uplift the parcel again and deliver unless I pay again. They are absolutely hopeless to deal with.
JA: Have you contacted the seller or manufacturer?
