Thank you for your follow-up. Tourists are restricted from travelling at the moment. Therefore you need to bring her into New Zealand on a partnership Visa application.
Customer
ok, how much is involved to do that and is there some ways to make it easier/ quicker?

At the moment you are at the hands of the immigration department for that process. What I suggest you do is come to Australia get married and then maybe wait a while in Australia to see if the border conditions change.
Customer
Was thinking that , but was hoping there might be some way to prepare or streamline the process so don't have to spend so long in Australia

Is your wife Australian?
Customer

As your wife is Australian, then she'll need to comply with the New Zealand immigration policies with respect to COVID-19. What you should do is review the New Zealand government's policy on travel to New Zealand and then provide any information to your wife.
