At present the borders to New Zealand are closed because of the Covid Pandemic, and unlikely to open until some time next year. When the borders open you could apply for a work visa provided you have a clean health and police record, and have good English, and have a job offer on the essential skills list

Customer

You will need to wait for the borders to reopen. I suggest you check the immigration website regularly to see how this is going. I do not believe the borders will reopen until sometime next year

Customer
in long term skill shortage list I am as Food technologist.
