Customer: I was cleaning the shower last week, and discovered that the silicone.... nit even 1/4 inch... was lose from the wall.... I showed her, and asked her if she would like me to get someone in to fix it..... she said, no its ok.... it will cost too much.... when I wouldn't give her my new address..... she has gone after me now. She told me she would give me my bond back.... I have left a container of filler and scrapper behind for her..... now she has got a professionl in to repair shower and wall

If you are renting a room then you are not a residential tenant but a flatmate or a boarder. So there is no legal requirement to lodge the bond. If this becomes an issue you can bring a claim in the Disputes Tribunal if they deduct too much
