Are you trying to renew the children’s visas in Née Zealand?

Customer
I need their Visas extended but their passports expired in May year. I am from South Africa and have applied for new passports. However during covid home affairs in SA put all the issuing of passports on hold. They only started that service in March this year.
Customer
Even though I applied for new passports there is a backlog and it could take between 6-12 months to receive these passports. As you can se this was beyond my control but I would like our advice regarding this issue.

You should apply for the extension and explain that the SA passport has expired but that you are aplying for a new passport. If necessary you could get an interim visa while you wait for the new passports to arrive
