If the property was always separate property owned by the trust then she cannot claim a share. Did she ever live in the property or pay any money for the house costs?

I don’t think she has a claim, has she instructed a lawyer?
Customer
The property was purchased first under my grandmothers name & my name, then transferred to family trust 3 2 or 3 months later. She never paid any money towards any expenses for the property, she never lived in the property, but shes claiming that I own half of the property & she wants half of it
Customer
She has instructed a lawyer & her lawyer has contacted me
