If you describe your plan I can advise
Customer
My wife is enrolling for a post graudute degree in early childhood education at rotorua which is a 1.5 year course. That gives me a work visa and my 11 year old son a normal visa stay and work and study in nz. My dad is 64 years old now. I cant go in for investors category of 3 million dollars as in india we can omly transfer 2,50000 USD per person in one financial year. So we are planning that i , my wife and son come to new zealand in jan 2022 and my wife joins the post grad course in feb 2022. Then my father and mother come on a normal visitors visa in sept 2022. In dec 2022 my dad turns 66. Then we can apply for a temporary retirement visa for him and my mother wherein if he invests 750000 NSD he and mom can get a temporary retirement visa for 2 years. In the meanwhile me and my wife apply for a PR after her course and a job outside auckland where in she is comfortably getting 160 points. And then my dad and mom can apply for a PR under parents retirement category visa. If this plan is ok i would like you to handle our case and we aee ready to give whatever fees you charge.

Your plan appears to be sound. This site is for general advice however and I would need to recommend using a lawyer or immigration consultant to progress this. Would that help?
Customer
absolutely it would help sir. Please let me know how to proceed.
