How may I help?
Customer
The Judge has requested, we/whanau/family have a hui/meeting to try to resolve some issue regarding interim custody, between Jane Patena, and Taukahurangi Patena. Jane being the person filing for interim custody and Taukahurangi Patena being the mother of the 2 children, she is also filing for custoday.
We/the whanau have had 3 meetings, and set out some plans, but Jane is not adhering to our communication. We are not privy to what is happening and are confused, as we are getting, "well my lawyer said this". We do not have legally representation.
We have scheduled another hui tomorrow, and i would like to know how we can get our voices heard, as it seems to be falling on deaf eyes; namely my daughter. My grandsons Tame 6yrs old, and AJ 2yrs old, have been raised in a marae environment. We the whanau planned last year that they would return to live with me/being the grandmother, until the mother Taukahurangi met all the requirements set out in our hui.
