If 2 Cheap Autos are a licenced car dealer, then they are bound by the Consumer Guarantees Act which says the car must be fit for purpose. If this car is as bad as you descibe then you can claim a refund and return the car. If they have refused, I suggest you get the report from Honda Tauranga as to the defects and then make a claim to the Motor Vehicle Disputes Tribunal

Can you cancel my account im not getting anywhere here

The link for the Tribunal is here, and you do not need a lawyer, although the report from Honda will be important. You can ask the Tribunal to cancel the contract and order a refund

Customer

You can lodge the application online. The phone call is an extra service, but I can arrange that if you want
