If 2 Cheap Autos are a licenced car dealer, then they are bound by the Consumer Guarantees Act which says the car must be fit for purpose. If this car is as bad as you descibe then you can claim a refund and return the car. If they have refused, I suggest you get the report from Honda Tauranga as to the defects and then make a claim to the Motor Vehicle Disputes Tribunal
