My dad younger brother as well.til recently fathers health has declined he moved to sisters last December.On the 08,09,2020 fire engulfed house thank god no one hurt.we in Hamilton at the time i arrived home nite of fire stayed till investigation completed following day this is when I find out nephew has been gifted the property. There was no correspondence from family about this before father moved or after as I and my younger brother where to inherit this was known by all close to us.mean time daughter in Hamilton with sick babby Asked Nephew. Sister for family sitting meeting when back from HAMILTON about recent events return Friday.11,09,2020.to sort emergency housing for us and salvage any important papers and such confrontation erupts between me and nephew his wife my sister attack grandchildren with me grand daughter manages to call police thanks to her boyfriend who intervened police arrive I just wanted to leave as nephews gang members start arriving fearing for my grandchildren police issue me with police safety order as I was made to be the aggressor 5days not to go to property .because of logistics police are heisadent to help apparently if he is owner of property was unable to salvage anything from property and homeless.
