Additionally we might have a rat problem and the fireplace is a potential hazard. We pay 1100 a week for this property and the agent has been super laced about fixing the issues. Once we had the power go out and he took four days to phone an electrician. We've told him about these issues but he hasn't done anything about it and I'm wondering if I can do anything about it.
