What is the problem?

Have they asked you to provide identification? there are normally a number of documents which are required but I am unsurewhat you have provided so far
Chris The Lawyer, Expert
Actually no, I only do this online but I will look on the site

normally this is done online – I know some dealings are submitted with manual lodgement forms, with the transfer would normally need a statutory declaration and possibly some tax information. I assume if your mother is transferring a share in the property, then there should be some deed of gift or something similar. You would also need a transfer document. I am not sure they have examples of those on the website however
