Have they offred any training? You should insist on training if there is a problem with your knowledge of the systems and software, and it is fair process and procedure to ensure you can meet the PIP if they want you to improve

I have a new boss since just before lock down, have been with company 8 years tomorrow and have won the company sales incentive the last 4 years. Never had these problems before. I will admit a few things that was asked from me to do over lock down I hadn’t
fully completed.Had gone into 2nd PIP for 3 weeks and that finished last Friday. Got told I had improved but not enough so giving me a 4 week PIP and another written warning. Haven’t been asked to have a support person, just had been given a phone call to say I was getting
a written warning both times. I’m having EAP counseling as they thought I would need it.I really love doing what I’m doing, but know this is making things very difficult to be around them. I work in a branch in Auckland, we have 1 regional manager, 1 branch manager (he is the 1 that has given me all this), 1 operations person and a truck
driver.I have got a great report with all my customersIt too sure how much more I can quickly pass on to you

If you think the PIP is unfair you can claim a personal grievance. Sometimes new managers like to make their mark, and do this by trying to mould the staff. But if you think this was unfair you can claim. They may have tried to manage you out for reasons he has not shared
