Greetings,

Firstly, congratulations on your pregnancy. For clarification, is there a contract for the CAP course I can review?

Customer
No, there is no contract. Actually it is a nursing adaptation course of 3month.but my course will finish within 2 months. But the pblm is as you know I am pregnant so staying alone in New Zealand is not safe. Is there any way to get my family to New Zealand before I got a job. After course I need to apply for work visa as well as the registration. My husband and my 3yr old child is with me in Malta.
Customer
I am worried because of my pregnancy any employer will ready to give me job.

With Covid, you would need to speak to a immigration attorney in New Zealand to give you a better idea of how to approach the immigration applications for your entire family to move over there prior to you having a job. Are there any family members in New Zealand that can sponsor them? Due to the pregnancy, have you contacted them about obtaining a deferment for your course?

Customer
I didn't inform my college about the pregnancy and I don't know whether I can apply for full family. I don't have any relatives there. Only I have few friends there.

Generally you would need at least a family member to support an application. I would contact the college first and let them know due to the pregnancy and Covid you can't travel, and let them tell you what options they have available so you can stay in the program and move forward at a later date.

Customer
Its not pblm I can travel to new Zealand by October at that time I am in 4 months pregnancy. But the pblm is how I can get my family before I get the Residency permit. I am going to contact my college to discuss with my course period.

If you are talking about your immediate family (spouse/children), you should be able to make an application for them once you are in NZ. If you are talking about other family members, they are likely to need sponsors if you are trying to make applications for them now.

Customer
I am talking about my immediate family my child amd and husband. Am I able to apply visa for them before getting a job.

Without support from an employer and without you physically being there in NZ, I'm not sure how you would be able to secure a visa beyond just a 3 month tourist visa for them. You would have to ask the college if they can defer your program, and in turn support an application for all of you to have residency through the college.

Customer
Ok. Fine. I will do that
