Does the order from the Tenancy Tribunal say when you must leave or does it just say the tenancy is terminated? It would usually say when you must leave.

Customer
No sir. I have not received the order from the tenancy yet.
Customer
Sry sir I am facing a very difficult time and couldn't afford any money now

You dont need to do anything until you get the order but you should make plans for leaving as soon as you can. Dont worry about the phone call

Customer
I am also on to that sir. But my landlord asks me to leave in two days as he says the order is issued ir he will call a bailiff
Customer
I have family with a 16 month old baby. I will be on the street if he pushes me away in two days
Customer
Above all the hearing date and time was notified to me just 20 mins before the hearing time sir.
