Once he is sentenced he may then be deported, although it takes time to get this organised. With him getting a jail sentence, deportation will be inevitable
Customer
we are aware he will be deported regardless at the end of his sentence but if he has to serve more than 12months after sentencing we were wondering how we go about having him transferred to nz to serve his time

He doesn’t get to serve his sentence in New Zealand but has to complete that in Australia
