Unfortunately the 90 day trial period means he can be fired without a reason. However if he has a property, this is called a service tenancy and they must give him proper notice, which under the Residential Tenancies Act is 14 days. So this must be notice in writing and must be for the correct time of 14 days, which means that the property notice is not legal and he cannot make you leave.

Okay what about if he needs the property for a new worker is it still 14 days notice? And does he have to re write a new notice of 14days for it to be legal?
