I used to work in taxi company, they accused me for overcharging at new years night

There was no verbal or written warnings before termination.This thing started on 2nd jan this year, company received my two complaints regarding overcharging on 31st night, Acting Manager called me in office and asked to which i denied cause i never demanded money, first inquiry went smooth until i heard manager commented on my religion { i am Muslim and manager is Sikh, Sikhs have very bad attitude towards Muslims due to some events in history in india } and also shared my complaints details when still it was yet to be proved.I asked him [acting manager] an explanation v humbly by email but it went bad and he threatened me of terminating my contract if i wont let this thing go, he gave me 10 min time that day for sending an apology email otherwise, i can go to any court i want, he
is ready to fight, cause of this after some days he arranged my DC, in which 2 DC members was fine cause it was my first DC ever and That too for not running meter which is not the requirement according to NZTA rules but not fine in companies rule book about which i was unaware,It went nicely but i received this shocking result after 8 days.[ $700 fine and 24days suspension with 220 companies demerit points], it is clear that he is targeting me, two of DC members was unaware of decision took by Manager, he was not allowed to take any decision according to rule book nor he was present in DC meeting.Finally everything was planned and using 220 demerits, Manager manage to terminate my contract by using Rule book reference. between this i have emailed several times to Directors but no1 asked me for one on one interview before termination.All 3 other Muslim shareholders left the company after this discrimination with me. this is what i got for not sending an apology email and let go. Manger blocked my way of survival for being Muslim, cause i know other complaints which was v severe but still working by paying $100 fine and few get away just cause good terms with manager.Just for quick understanding company structure , Dunedin taxis has 55 to 60 shareholders, shareholders vote and elect directors among them self, there was 5 directors 1 left and now 4 at the moment. 5 directors selected chairman among them and chairman is also working as acting manger of company at the moment, so one person got so much powers and lots of interference in all matters, he is chairman, Acting manager and also drive taxi as shareholder [ conflict of interest].This is summary of whole scenario, i have every email i have sent and received and all the papers to prove my statements true, other muslim x shareholders also ready to witness in the court how i got targeted.Company works on two things, facility suppliers agreement [ for all the stationary supplies, system support ] and rule book.I want to let them know in New Zealand no1 can do racial discrimination at work place and They should be fined for doing that, My character assassination and i was not able to work for 1 month after termination so loss of income and mental torture faced by me and my wife.please let me know what i can do please.

You are not an employee but a contractor so you need to sue for breach of contract. You can also complain to the Human Rights Commission about any racial discrimination

In contrast it is not written about warnings before terminating contract, can company go against country rule? Should give verbal and written warnings nd targeted me cause I dint do what company's manager ask me to withdraw my complaint email?
