Customer: I have a situation on behalf of a friend.years ago he helped his mother and step father buy a property in 12 murcott terrrace bennydale when she died she left provisions for him he never recieved it,his step dad got everything but when he died not long after mr Lawrence was suppose to receive provisions but his step family sold the house on it not notifying the son Mr grant Lawrence whom had a out standind debt as he helped and gave deposit for the property. after the sale mr lawrence went to retrieve items promptly was tresspassed and refused copies of his step fathers will from the family. 12 months ago on his behalf we tried to obtain information on his mums and step dads property as it was derelict got blocked we were very suspicious but left it. well 4hrs ago he rang me saying its up forsale on further investigation we find a claim this land notice. it appears step fathers family sold the house may not of sold land how does he claim it.he is quite desparete to obtain his mothers land he did live with both of them and he did assist in helping purchase the land my number is(###) ###-#### Mr Lawrence's is keen to have the family land back what does he do. mothers name Irene Margret Lawrence-Grey died 4 June 1995 step father was James ( teheckco) Grey died november day unknown as family didnt notify him immediatly

Customer: his mothers will step fathers family refused him proof of will sales documents not sure what hes got.i spoke to people his mother purchased land from his family and our families were quite close what does he need or do its for sale now when we enquire apparently was purchased in feb 2020 by someone whom knew he was looking for it as i said not more than hrs ago I was contacted with a offer of purchase
