JA: What are the assets involved here? Are there any minor children?
Customer: no we didnt live together he just within one week after our registeration i left my government job for living with him,but he purposely did all the things to break the marriage.
JA: Have you talked to a Sri Lankan lawyer about this yet?
Customer: i talked and i sent court notice to his srilankan address.but here law says we need to send the document to his newzland address .he is not giving his address i didnt claim anything in my court notice,i just asked him to return the money which my uncle gave to him .(just 7000 dollars).he is asking us to remove that money from the notice ,then he can send the address.]
