Customer: I am currently in Alice Springs visiting my family (Husband and 4 children) and have a visitors multiple visa from NZ, but am only allowed to stay for 3 months. My 3 months finishes on the 16th April 2020. I am really scared on travelling back to NZ at this point and time as they are on Level 3 alert, going up to Level 4 in the next 24 hours.
JA: What steps have you taken? Have you filed any paperwork with the U.S. government?
Customer: I am talking about Australia, not the USA
JA: Have you talked to a lawyer about the visa?
Customer: No! I dont have the funds to pay for one! What type of Visa would I be able to apply for, so that I can stay till this disease is cleared.
JA: The Immigration Lawyer will be able to walk you through that. Anything else you want the Lawyer to know before I connect you?
Customer: Please connect me
