If you are unable to pay a debt and you are eligible for deference.  You can fill out form DD 2789 and turn it into accounting services.

For your convenience I have attached the applicable link with instructions:

I hope I was able to help you and answer all of your questions and concerns. Is there any part of my response about which you need clarification or further information? Did you have any other questions on this subject for me today?

I can help you with that, however, we are not permitted to do original legal work on behalf of customers, and providing samples of our private work is proprietary and beyond the scope of this service.

If you are seeking to do it yourself, your best option is to seek a template online which could provide you, in essence, remote paralegal services.

Rocketlawyer, Nolo, lawdepot and LegalZoom are among the many sites where you may be able to find what you need. Simply do a web search and you can select the form you are looking for, the site will give you directions for the rest.

While the sites can give you directions, they cannot give you advice. For that you need to hire a lawyer.

Once you have completed work, I would be happy to look it over and review it for you for a premium service document review fee. That, I am able to do for you.

Customer
Ok I will do that
