It would be like any other disciplinary matter. If you are found to have violated the UCMJ in any way then you would be subject to some type of discipline. The code is voluminous and really depends on a variety of factors: whether you have a prior disciplinary proceedings, whether there was any kind of harm that is being investigated such as injury or loss, etc.

The violation being investigated is abusive sexual contact I was intoxicated and don't have a recollection of what happened I was told I was being helped back to my living area and whoever was helping me said I grabbed their breast and buttocks area when they were helping me back to my sleeping area
