I used to get chiropractic and pain management care for my back pain, but have not been getting this since February 2021. I have been trying to get them to cover this but they keep going back and forth. My va doctor says that she has sent in a request but community care and triwest keep saying it’s not going through or they have not gotten anything. Is there something I could do

So your insurance is simply saying they are not authorizing additional treatment because they are not receiving orders/scripts? Or is there a more detailed reason?

Because you have not responded I will try my best to respond. Generally with multiple insurance carriers this happens from time to time.  Just make sure the insurance adjuster receives a copy of the order for the pain management and chiropractic care and that should take care of it.  Unless they are denying of course.
