Here if this is a civil case you may need local civil lawyer. If the military is involved you are correct the JAG and the chain of command come into play. So it really depends on what kind of issue or case here.

We both need to know what she needs to do with the military concerning taking custody over me & I would like to know what kind of papers I must set up about my daughter helping me have her manage my parental issues giving them to her.
