I asked for just compensation to move to because I think it's the (gov't) I have been harassed by the (IRS) terribly. Although my family hav paid their taxes (Onassis) Yet, they've continued the harassment. I need some kind of ((injunction or something to stop the harassment.) They wanted me to complete some kind of (IRS program)

Ok, unfortunately, if you are month to month in OH, the landlord just has to give 30 days’ notice to terminate the tenancy. See OH Code§§ 5321.17(B)). They don't have to provide a reason, just proper written notice.

But you are free to report any improper behavior by filing a police report if you have evidence it was the landlord or their agents.
