Has the landlord given you a written 30 day notice to vacate?

Ok, unfortunately, if you are month to month in OH, the landlord just has to give 30 days’ notice to terminate the tenancy. See OH Code§§ 5321.17(B)). They don't have to provide a reason, just proper written notice.
.But you are free to report any improper behavior by filing a police report if you have evidence it was the landlord or their agents.

Ok, if you have a fixed-term lease, they can't do anything until after the lease expires. So your recourse is to call police and file criminal complaints if people are harassing you.
