When you say that you rehomed your dog, was it both of your understanding that this was a permanent placement? Who has paid for the dog's food and medical bills since August 22nd?
Attorney Matt, Expert
I understand your concern. I don't think that you can reverse your agreement because now the dog is in the other person's possession and there is evidence of ownership.
That does not mean you cannot ask to have the dog returned to you because you miss the dog and your son's allergies have improved, for example.
