Customer: Hold off until she correspond with Community Actions Partnership because they had been contacting the landlord and his attorney for 3 weeks trying to give him a check which covered 3 months back rent and expenses through January 2022. Landlord and attorney stated they haven't talk to any. Judge found out CAP was paying. 3days later my attorney states landlord refuses any monies back rent included he just wanted me off the premises by 10/28/22. CAP gave the full check and I complied and was moved 10/27/22. I became homeless and moved in a shelter. I shelter case manager found me apt which I currently stay. Feb 2022 I had 2major back surgeries in which I almost died so I was in hospital 5weeksbefore coming home. My apt is on the 7th floor and another of times I'm stuck because elevator breaks down constantly and this landlord doesn't care, I've turned in documents from my doctor that I need to be on the first floor, that was in July 2022. I have PTSD and extreme anxiety disorder due everything I've been going through
