I am sorry to hear that your daughter is having these issues.  It does sound like she could use some mental health treatment.   Are you trying to find an attorney to represent her, or did you just have some questions here?

Not really.  I have done quite a bit of representation of people who were committed to mental hospitals, and each state has laws for this issue.  Family law and criminal defense attorneys also deal with mental health issues quite a bit.   Since your daughter has criminal charges, a good criminal defense attorney should be able to help her.
