Customer: Hello, I had an issue with AT&T . I made a Trade in March from T-Mobile for AT&T because they promised better prices and would give $800 for each phone I traded. So, unfortunately, I accepted the trade. Then the nightmare started, I called them until April to check if they gave me my promotional trade credit for each phone. They never did, when I called they transfer customer and didn't solve my problem. I had been sick with that. They said don't have the phone. I have the proved they received the phone, but they don't care. I want to sue this person. Please help me

Customer: Florida
JA: Is there anything else the Lawyer should know before I connect you? Rest assured that they'll be able to help you.
Customer: The primary concern is I left a company I had for eight years because I think I had better prices in my situation. I need to save money. They don't want to give me credit because They want me to get stuck with them. Was five phones I traded. I think that it

Did they provide you with a receipt for the traded phones?

Customer
No, because They send me a label returned, and I send the phones and I have the tracking numbers, after that they said they don't know if they received the phones. But I have the email they send to return the phones
Customer

From the information you've provided, it sounds like this has gone on for a while, and they haven't been willing to follow up on it. Have you considered filing a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission and the Better Business Bureau?

Customer
No, I never had a situation like that, what is this?

The Federal Trade Commission investigate consumer services issues, like fraud. The Better Business Bureau also accepts complaints from consumers. But since this involves a telecommunications company, you may also want to consider filing a complaint with the Federal Communications Commission. There is no fee to file a complaint with any of these, and you can usually file your complaint online. Additionally, you have your documentation, and you want to make sure that you include it.

Here are the links:

  • Better Business Bureau: www.bbb.org
  • Federal Trade Commission: www.reportfraud.ftc.gov

I hope this information is helpful.
