The visa was rejected with a reason that we dont see any strong points for you returning to India. I would like to make an appeal. Could you please advise me on the same. Thanks.

What has happened is they believe that you are using the route of the one-year program as a means for moving to Canada. So they don't let anyone in if they think the intention is to remain.

In that way they deny Canada the resource of having excellent students studying here and they also harm the financial system because the international student fees are exceedingly prohibitive and students are still willing to pay them. So these immigration agents harm you and they harm the country.

In any event, perhaps what you can do is try again and show that you need this extra program for your job back home. Show that you have a position waiting for you and that you will be able to progress further within the employer's company if you have this extra degree. Show that you have other strong ties back home such as family, assets, at home, ties to the community etc

Lets say 1% if they again take certain decision, not in favour of my application on reappeal. Would it harm my interest to apply in future for any other program ?.. Do they rfeer back to my previous application and decisions
