i am confused on the law for concealed carry of folding knives/tools
Customer
Just confused on the text in the article

Well, it is more complicated than that. The laws differentiate between types of knives. This site breaks it down in a very good way:

Customer
yeah but i kinda have a mix
Customer
its a folding knife with two sharp edges instead of the regular one
Customer
which makes it a dagger form
Customer
the article says A person shall not carry a dagger, dirk, stiletto, a double-edged nonfolding stabbing instrument of any length, or any other dangerous weapon, except a hunting knife adapted and carried as such, concealed on or about his or her person, or whether concealed or otherwise in any vehicle operated or occupied by the person, except in his or her dwelling house, place of business or on other land possessed by the person.
Customer
technically its not a fixed dagger its a dagger style and it can be a stabbing instrument due to its two sharp edges but it is folding

I believe you may carry it because it folds.

Customer
Thank you I appreciate it
