Customer: Hello.. I have been dealing with these ladies. I met with a lady last week named michelle she was the apparent rental property manager. So she texts and says owner has agreed to rent with me but the owner requires 3 months ore paid rent. I explained nope. The legal thing is 1 months rent and damage deposit which I have no problem with. Then the 0roperty manager texts me saying ok the owner wants to rent. Pls meet at 445 at property. So I was like great ty I got there with my children and I had my grandson. Well the owner was there. Not manager. Then she refused to allow us in home until manager came. Which was an hour later. Then when we did she refused to sign the papers until etransfer of 2800 came through. But as it is transpiring they start speaking amongst each other about how they will be withholding one key and only.giving me one. I was like pardon me. But no answer. So I let it go. Then the money went through.then we signed. But I seen that she wanted me to sign to them being allowed to deduct all damages from my deposit. I explained sorry but no. She said oh well the

Customer: Then she says there is a walk though here u will do with manager. I said ok but I am writing this first. Then she tried to say oh I have to leave. The owner I mean. I was like excuse me ma am but I have been here for 3 hours pls let's finish. Manger agreed. Then owner after all was complete except walk through she starts yelling and bouncing aggressively all around kitchen around me and Manger. She says her and Maanger are related as same name but then at end she is yelling at me that she will not rent to me now and that her and Manager aren't related. Not even from same f in country.
JA: What are the terms of the lease? Any issues related to maintenance or upkeep?
Customer: Then she refused to give me keys. My son came in n daugher from all the yelling she was doing to me as they could hear from outside her yelling at me. I tried to resonance with her as she is an elder. Even her Manger tried to reason with her. However, she was rude and very unprofessional AL and ignorant. I explained this is illegal that I have right. I grabbed a copy of my contract I signed there I also had to sign one online prior to meeting her. N I left so my children and myself were not subjected to this. And now I am speaking to you.

Customer: I did message last night to her that this is ilegal. This morning she texts me saying she will meet me on June 1st to gimme keys. Then 5 minutes later she is texting me saying she will not be rent8ng to me and that now michelle is not her property manager. That pls leave her out of it and this is how it will be
