Hello! My parents are old and getting their wills in order. US Bank told them I cannot be a beneficiary. They saw my name and SS number, and said "I can't tell you why, but US bank cannot have any dealings with this person." I am clean as a whistle, an RN for 20 years at the VA, a federal job. What's their problem?

And yes, I have a sister n law that put the house I live in that is still under my deceased stepfather's and mother's name, but when the contract to the house was sold to another company I went to sign paperwork to have the house in my name, but when the owner of that contract passed the house went to what is now called "The Fold" and I have to keep talking with the owner of the house now who knows nothing of what his brother was doing. My water has been turned off because I tried to switch it to my name but I had to have proof that I'm buying or leasing the house and the owner said no and that my mother's name should still be on all the bills. I have another sister in law that wants to do a small estate whatever that is, but she is nothing but trouble and just wants her hands in my mother's business or rather mine and my brother's business. Anyways, I've been paying on the house for the past 8 years with only one year left to pay on and I have been making payments on my mother's car but I can't seem to get any answer's as to how much longer I have to pay on it or when are the payments due, but I have been making the payments monthly without due. Also, the nosy sister n law says she is a co-signer for when my mother got the car in Florida but I don't know how true that is. Oh and my mother does own a house that is fully paid for.

Hi, my boyfriend is currently serving some time in the C.U.C.F. prison and has been there since October 25. A month before he was incarcerated, he suffered a stroke. He also has serious heart issues. His heart functions at 30% capacity. He has been required by his physicians to take 13 medications. He is currently receiving 2 of the 13. He was previously receiving 5 but his prescriptions ran out on 3 of them and has requested twice for refills and has also submitted a grievance. He has still not received the refills and it's been approximately 20 days. I've spoken with the warden twice and also sent a letter to the warden listing the meds he needs to take every day. His cardiologist also needs to perform an invasive procedure on his heart.
