Hello, thank you for using Just Answer. My name is ***** ***** I am the attorney who will be assisting you with this question. I am a fully licensed attorney with over a decade of experience representing clients. Please remember that this is an informational service only, so the answers that I provide are not given as official legal advice and this does not create an attorney/client relationship.
We don't actually provide representation through Just Answer. Are you looking for someone who can defend you against infringement claims?
Geoff, Expert
Sure. What can I answer for you?

Yes. Once you get past two years, it's almost impossible to reinstate it. You basically have to completely restart the process.
