I have a question about my trademark application. Not exactly I filed under 1b with an intent to use, but I just filed

Expert's Assistant chat
Customer: I have a question about my trademark application
JA: Is the trademark federally registered?
Customer: Not exactly I filed under 1b with an intent to use, but I just filed an allegation to use to prove that I am using the mark under the services I applied for yet when I search for my mark it is still showing as 1b instead of 1a
JA: Have you talked to a lawyer? What documentation do you have?
Customer: I have not spoken to a lawyer and the only documentations to prove that I am using my trademark are screenshots to show it is in use for commerce online
JA: Is there anything else the Lawyer should know before I connect you? Rest assured that they'll be able to help you.
Customer: I think that is all.

In order for me to provide the best possible response, it would be helpful if you would answer a few questions. When did you submit the 1b application?

Customer
I did.
Customer
Then I went on to fill out an allegation of use form to prove that I am using the trademark in commerce.

Did you submit it directly through the US Patent and Trademark Office website?

Here is the information for the processing times. It does appear that this should have been taken care of by now if it was a statement of use filing.

Here is the website:

https://www.uspto.gov/dashboard/trademarks/application-timeline.html#post-reg

Have you contacted the office to determine what the delay is?

Customer
I have not contacted them just yet. I don't know exactly how to.

Here's some information about how to follow up with the USPTO:

"Customers with a specific technical question about their TEAS application can contact our TEAS team directly at *****@******.***.

Customers with an urgent question about a filing or the status of their application or registration may contact the Trademark Assistance Center at 1-***-***-**** (select option 1)."
