Customer: My Mother has lived in the US for 72 years. She was married to my Father for 51 years until his death. My mother never change her citizenship from a Canadian to a US citizen. We were going to apply for Medicaid for her and we were told because she did not keep her citizenship status card up to date that she would loose her SSI plus she is not eligible for Medicaid. Is this correct?
JA: What steps has your mother taken? Have they filed any paperwork with the U.S. government?
Customer: Thank you, ***** *****
JA: Does he have precise dates? Or a rough time frame?
Customer: no we just found out.
JA: Is there anything else the Lawyer should know before I connect you? Rest assured that they'll be able to help you.
Customer: That all I know today.
