Hello my name is ***** ***** I am delighted to answer your questions. I am reviewing it and will post your answer momentarily.

What do you mean hand over everything?

Did you and she submit the I-751? Did USCIS send a request for additional evidence?

Customer
we had an interview on Monday and we got an mail today stating that she has been denied and she needs to turn in her conditional green card and all work documents.
Customer
we submitted evidence.
Customer
We submitted evidence 3 times over the course of 6 years
Customer
Thats how long she had the conditional card.
Customer
They have rejected our affidavit from friends and families stating that a copy of each person's Affidavit needs to have a photo ID to accompany it. Even though it was all notarized.
Customer
We have family pictures which they did not take. Yet they stated we have no evidence of interacting with each others family at events and holiday gatherings.

Did you leave a message it was urgent so at least a paralegal gets back to you to get a summary of the problem for him?

Judith

Customer
