I would suggest you contact USCIS through your online account and provide them her address in Pakistan and request consular processing there.

That is OK, send the message that your beneficiary has returned to home country Pakistan and give new address.

Request that they not case should be sent to Pakistan.

I would also call the Customer Service line to request those changes. Two is always better than one.
