Welcome to JustAnswer! I have 39 years experience as an immigration attorney and I am here to help resolve your immigration issue. Tackling these issues can sometimes get confusing. Should you need to chat on the phone I am able to do that for an additional cost. Let me know at any time during our question and answer session if you are interested.

It is better for her to be interviewed in Pakistan.

I would suggest you contact USCIS through your online account and provide them her address in Pakistan and request consular processing there.

I hope that helps! Please let me know if you have any other questions. I appreciate this opportunity to help you. I do not receive a salary here at JustAnswer, and am only compensated for my time after receiving a rating. If you are very satisfied with my answer please take a moment to click on the 5 stars at the top of the page. The question thread remains open and you can ask follow-up questions.

If you filed a paper form you can still create an online account to manage the petition information.

Change the information now, it takes some time to catch up with the file.

https://www.uscis.gov/contactcenter Click on "Other Online Tools"

We have a number of convenient and free online tools you can use to manage your case, any time, on any device. These include:

  • Change of address. You must report a change of address when you move. This is especially important if you have a case pending with USCIS. You can do this online at uscis.gov/addresschange.
  • General case status. To check the status of a pending application, visit Case Status Online. If you want to know how long it may take to get a decision on your case, visit our case processing times page.
  • Online filing. You can file several forms online once you set up a USCIS online account.

If you already filed a paper form, you can still create an account and receive all the benefits on the online account, including personalized case processing times.

I am able to send text messages but there is no specific fields where I can change her address or Counseller

Judith Ludwic, Expert

That is OK, send the message that your beneficiary has returned to home country Pakistan and give new address.

Request that they not case should be sent to Pakistan.

I would also call the Customer Service line to request those changes. Two is always better than one.
