I am sorry to hear of this issue. It seems that you may be offline. Without the additional information requested, I will do my very best to respond to your question. If there is a custody order in place, you can call the police to enforce the order. Some police departments will assist while others will not. If the police in your area will not assist then you will want to file a motion for contempt with the court where custody was ordered. You will file the motion and have a copy served on the other parent. The judge will schedule a hearing and determine what is going on in this situation and may issue fines, etc. due to this issue.

If at anytime you need an attorney to assist you, you can find an attorney by contacting the bar association and asking for a referral to one. You can also contact the legal aid society as they offer free and low cost services in these types of cases. Another good resource is to contact the law schools as they often have clinics with attorneys that will assist in these types of cases. Again, I am sorry to hear of this issue. If you have any follow up questions, I will be very happy to assist you.
