goodmorning! and thank you for the prompt reply.i am seeking advice on a situation. i have been planning on moving to tennessee and want to make sure that i am safe. i have 2 children with an absent father. there is no custody order at all. and i have sole custody. he has not reached out or conyacted us in 3 years and is over $30,000 in debt with child support. do i need to take any legal steps or will i be able to move?

oh yes, completley. i am unwed and had the kids unwed as well.
