Great to hear and Happy New Year. I am sorry you are going through this with the parent and know you have questions. Does the agreement state this?

Not at this time, but you can file a motion to modify the court order, to address this, if it is an issue. The fact that he is paying for child care, does not mean, absent a court order, that he can pick and decide ( which it does allow) and if he is sending the child to a location that you do not think is in their best interest, you can object to it and ask the judge to modify the order, to allow you to decide, without even having to pay.
