I am sorry to hear of this issue. The only terms that have to be followed are those of a custody order in a divorce decree. Since your agreement is verbal it is unenforceable. If you want to ask the judge to include the provision about meeting the other's partner with the children, etc. you will have to ask a judge to modify custody and include this provision in the custody order in order to make this provision enforceable.

If at anytime you need an attorney to assist you, you can find an attorney by contacting the bar association and asking for a referral to one. You can also contact the legal aid society as they offer free and low cost services in these types of cases. Another good resource is to contact the law schools as they often have clinics with attorneys that will assist in these types of cases. Again, I am sorry to hear of this issue. If you have any follow up questions, I will be very happy to assist you.
