Do you have to pay that amount by a certain date because the court found you in contempt at a recent hearing?

Customer
I just have half

That show at the minimum a good faith effort and you could argue that to the court.

Customer
But it states that I'll be arrested and what's so crazy I had my son for a few months
Customer
Can I use those receipts

The problem is a court order can only be changed by another court order, so if you had your child during that time, you had to modify the order.

Attorney/Professor, Expert

The court may consider it, but orders can only be modified by the court.

Customer
it's due tomorrow I'm just afraid ad it's in another county in FL
img

Attorney/Professor, Expert

Check the court order to confirm if it has to be paid in that county or to child support enforcement in general.
Customer
It's enforcement from them I guess and it's in Hernando county Florida
Customer
I reside in Miami

You might be able to pay online to child support enforcement central depository in Tallahassee but you would need to confirm with the court order
Customer
Ok I think I misplaced the letter is there anyway to find out where I could make a payment should I try to contact them
